Group Therapy Session

Group therapy sessions can be a less intense experience than individual therapy and some find it beneficial to work with others sharing the same concerns. Groups can be focussed on specific concerns or on general wellbeing. Groups run for 6 weeks, 6 x 1 hour, and are for up to 8 participants
